Legend of Tarzan Box Office Now at $52.6M after a Healthy $6M Tuesday

Legend of Tarzan logged a healthy $6M at the US Box Office on Tuesday, bringing it’s total to $52.6M,  a reasonable 25% decline over the holiday Monday.  Comparing this drop to some of the “comparables” who opened on July 4 weekend to numbers similar to Legend of Tarzan, it seems clear that LOT is holding firm with good word of mouth.  Wednesday and Thursday are typically lower than Tuesday, so it will be interesting to see what happens as LOT attempts to keep some momentum going into the second weekend.
