Its fun, it's a good Saturday matinee. Not much more, but not much less. Kind of got Mask of Zorro type vibes, but not as good. If it bombs, it's cause it's too expensive and not the right thing for the moment. But it's not bad. Has an old school adventure feel which for the most part works.

Hard to judge just how much this person liked the movie. Reading between the lines it sounds like the movie that Davie Yates was trying to create, an old fashioned romantic-action adventure. Hopefully more positive reviews will start rolling in.
