Well, I'll have to look through their posting history, I guess, but a lot of them are long-time posters there, quite a few of them having made more than 20k posts. Like, the person who mentioned Edge of Tomorrow has like 26k posts.

26K posts? That's a lot!
I'm just curious as to accuracy compared to 'experts'.
Looking at Boxoffice.com's long term projections from the beginning of the year, the ltp for the big budget films seems to have been pretty off, though they've adjusted as release dates get closer. This year it seems a lot of sites are just 'off', more than usual.

A LOT trailer lead off NBA playoffs just before tipoff. Started with evil spirit then no normal man, next he's Tarzan your Jane with the same action scenes bamb, bamb, bamb. Similar to the trailer they show with the Regal Stars of Hope campaign at the theater which I saw 5 times today. Did some theater hopping before exiting.
I agree with Ron below that this is a different trailer. I don't remember Jane saying anything about saving the women he loves.

Saw another trailer tonight during the 9-10 PM episode of "Naked and Afraid" on Discovery Channel. It was at the half way commercial break. I had walked out of the room and heard it come on and hurried back to the TV. It was the "evil spirit" trailer although it was different from the others I've seen. This one had Tarzan nuzzling the lion. Hadn't seen that before.

The general feeling on Box Office Theory seems to be that BoxOffice.com almost always gets their predictions wrong. I hope for LOT's sake that they're wrong now too and that the film will do much more than they're predicting.

Box Office Theory appear to have been negative about the film since it was announced a few years back. Interestingly, they seem quite happy to ignore the positive reception to the trailers and spots, as well as the praise for the 20 minutes of footage shown in London, and the test screeners online who have mentioned liking the film. So they seem pretty biased. I think they make up a population that are unconvinced that Tarzan, as a character, can work in contemporary cinema. How many of such people exist in the general film audience, I don't really know. Most people I've talked to about the film think it looks good.
Anyway:

This has added footage I haven't seen yet. It's longer, too, at 3:03 mins.

Lindie, unfortunately not. This is straight up the second trailer with added footage of the flashback scene when Tarzan is a child. That's the only new footage. There is no new footage from the story proper.
This is a good thing and a bad thing. Bad thing for us fans who want to see more of what they've got in store. But good thing from a marketing point of view that the film is still holding back a lot of great material than can potentially surprise audiences in the cinemas.
It's not a rule, but films which don't give away the entire movie in the trailer tend to well with audience word of mouth because they feel surprised.
